	Exterior Improvement Application	All exterior home improvements must be approved by the Architecture Committee (a group of volunteer residents) to ensure that they meet our Architectural Guidelines. This Committee meets once a month to review all submitted applications.
	Community Covenants	The declaration of covenants document define Hampshire Greens as a Community and non-profit company. This document was provided to all original homeowners to Hampshire Greens.
	Architectural Guidelines	This document attempts to address all exterior enhancement projects to a home and yard. It should be referenced prior to the planning of your home improvement project including landscaping, mailbox replacement, shed installation, etc.).
