The Board of Directors approved the proposed 2012 budget that calls for a $5 increase in the semi-annual fee starting in 2012.
The hearing was held the morning of Nov. 30 however nobody from the Community, Board, nor management company attended. Our property management company was confused as to the actual day. Thus the sale of the facility and building extension is approved. Resolution can be viewed in PDF format in the document section below.

Montgomery County Highway Maintenance is responsible for the removal of snow from all community streets. Report any streets missed by a County plow at this link or by email at Highway@MontgomeryCountyMD.gov or by calling 240.777.6000
Please remember that Montgomery County requires all residents to clear any sidewalk adjoining your property within 24 hours after a snowfall.
If your mailbox was damaged or destroyed by a snow plow, the County will install a standard post and mailbox. Since we have non-standard mailboxes and posts you must call the County's Risk Management Division at 240.777.8920 or 240.777.6000 to request a replacement that conforms to our Architectural Guidelines.
The Association will concentrate our snow removal efforts from selected common area sidewalks that ware used by our children waiting for school buses. Snow less than 3 inches wil not be removed unless there is ice. Snow removal will begin after the storm ends with the actual start dependent on the outsourced contractor's availability.
