Walkers, Please use the Sidewalk

Our community is blessed with sidewalks on both sides of our streets. Sinc our roads are narrow and for safety reasons, please walk on the sidewalks and not on the road. A good pair of shoes will cushion your exercise much better than using the asphalt street. Thank you!

Snow Removal Reminder

A reminder that Montgomery County, not the Homeowners Association is responsible for clearing community streets of snow. Residents may submit a notice to the County that their streets were not plowed or missed by a plow by clicking on the following link.
County law requires all residents to clear sidewalks adjacent to their property within 24 hours after a snowfall. The Homeowners Association is responsible for clearing the sidewalks used by students waiting for school buses.
