A reminder that Montgomery County, not the Homeowners Association is responsible for clearing community streets of snow. Residents may submit a notice to the County that their streets were not plowed or missed by a plow by clicking on the following link. County law requires all residents to clear sidewalks adjacent to their property within 24 hours after a snowfall. The Homeowners Association is responsible for clearing the sidewalks used by students waiting for school buses.
