Hampshire Greens HOA - Board Special Meeting

This is a Special Meeting of the Board to review and discuss the draft Reserve Study with representatives of Miller Dodson. The Board will also review and discuss the draft Budget. After review of the proposed Draft Budget, the Board will approve sending the Draft Budget to the membership for review and comment. Meeting will take place via. Zoom on Oct. 13 at 7:00 p.m. (link will not work until this date/time) you can participate by clicking here.

Reminder: Keep off the Golf course greens

A friendly reminder that it is never permitted to ride bikes and other vehicles on the golf course greens. Foot traffic is permitted only on the cart path as long as the course is closed. Finally when the course is open nobody is permitted on the course including cart paths unless they are a paying customer playing golf (its a safety issue!).
